I did want to point out that IBM's Sametime 3D does more than just provide 3 templates. It allows upload of your own designs which you can then use to create rooms. I t also allows you to put new objects into the pre-defined spaces that come with the system and save those as new templates. The biggest issue with being able to move/modify what IBM provides is the IP one you discuss- how to do this and protect the IP. Oh, and don't forget that some of the tools are linked with pre-set views,so there would be ripple effect if you started moving things around! Nice list!
