   dang Maria! this is so much work! thank you for compiling all of this and all of the research that backs your conclusions on growth and the factors leading to the growth in the different grids

   as always, i'll be highlighting and heralding this post on our blog after i have had time to digest all of your information

   Now do a followup article about how a scant 20 months later, people are leaving AVN in droves and it has become a giant empty playground for employees and not much else.
