Grid-Press news site hits first fundraising goal

Grid-Press logoOpenSim news site Grid-Press has reached its first fundraising goal on Patreon, a crowdfunding site that allows supporters to schedule regular payments to artists and other creators.

Pledges start at as little as $1 a month, and higher pledge levels come with bonuses such as T-shirts and exclusive OAR files.

Of particular interest is the $300 a month goal, which will allow Grid-Press to start working on a monthly podcast featuring grid owners and OpenSim developers.

Grid-Press is an online news site founded by Zetamex CEO Timothy Rogers.
