GIBLIB to stream live hernia surgery in VR Thursday

GIBLIB [2], an online platform for medical lectures and surgical videos, will broadcast a live stream of a hernia operation from the Surgery Medical Center & Precision ASC [3].

The surgery will be performed by Dr. Shirin Towfigh. Medical professionals, as well as the general public, are invited to tune in at watch.giblib.com/register [4] on Thursday, July 28 at 11 a.m. Pacific Time.

This comes after the company, in partnership with 360fly and Livit mobile streaming platform, streamed another live broadcast [5] of hernia surgery in 360 degree in May, but that stream was only accessible to a selected audience.
