A video released yesterday by the  US Army Research Laboratory Simulation and Training Technology Center demonstrates the use of simulations throughout the US military — and the role that that outside contributors play in creating the simulations.
The movie was created this spring, Douglas Maxwell, the Center’s science and technology manager for virtual world strategic applications, told Hypergrid Business.
“The movie explains a bit more about what we do here at the Orlando Research Park,” he said.
The video showcases the efforts and accomplishments of Team Orlando, a partnership between government, industry and academia working to improve training simulations.
The movie was created by Capital Communications & Consulting for Team Orlando, which includes the Simulation and Training Technology Center as a member.
