Patriotic Americans — or anyone, really, who’s looking for a party — will find plenty to do on OpenSim grids this week.
Begin your day out on Discovery Grid, where the party starts at 10:30 a.m. Pacific Time at discoverygrid.net:8002:Discovery Events 2.
Then head over to Tranquility Grid, where the celebration starts at 4 p.m. Pacific Time at tranquility-grid.info:8002:The Pier.
Finally, round out the day with a bang on Littlefield Grid, from 8 p.m. Pacific time until 1 a.m., at lfgrid.com:8002:Independence Island. Be sure to be there at might for the fireworks show.

Discovery Grid is going all out this week with a celebration that combines the Fourth of July with the grid’s third anniversary.
There will be fireworks, of course, live music and what the grid bills as the “first pyromusical ever on OpenSim.” Festivities start at 10:30 a.m. Pacific Time on the Discovery Events 2 region.
There will be an encore celebration on July 6.

In addition, the grid is holding a grand opening for its Trail Riders region today, Sunday. Horse races start at 3 p.m. Pacific Time, and DJ Antoinette will be hosting a party at 4 p.m.
Anyone can participate in a race, and winners will get cash prizes in the form of Gloebit currency.
After that, visitors can come back anytime to explore the horseback riding trails on two-by-two scenic region.

The Winter Magic region’s hypergrid address is tranquility-grid.info:8002:Winter Magic.
The grid is also in the process of building an amusement park.
“We’re striving to keep lag as low as possible,” said Steward. “But that won’t be open until we are happy with it.”
To round out the day, head to Littlefield Grid, where the Independence Day party will run from 8 p.m. Pacific time until 1 a.m. with dancing, rides, and food.
Be sure to be there at midnight for the fireworks.

Neverworld Grid isn’t having a party on July 4th, but it is partying hard on the weekend.
Festivities start at 2 p.m. Pacific Time on Friday, with a Summer Vibes EDM party at the Virgon Club, hosted by Caribia Zsun with DJ Caprica Cylon. The teleport address is hg.neverworldgrid.com:8002:Ruby.
