According to a new survey of 267 Second Life residents, two-thirds found virtual sex to be less fun than real sex.
However, despite being less fun, three quarters said that they still wished that their real-life sex was more like that in the virtual world.
Some reasons could be that virtual sex is more frequent, and participants were more likely to be more experimental when it came to sexual preference, kinks, and both types and numbers of partners.
The survey was conducted by Second Life blogger and designer Canary Beck.
