My five favorite VR games

Looking for something new to try on your Google Cardboard-compatible headset? The following are five of my latest favorite immersive games.

1. InMind VR by Nival

Available for  iOS  or Android .

InMind VR

With pretty high quality, InMind allows the player to take the “journey into the patient’s brains in search of the neurons that cause mental disorder,” according to Nival. It requires iOS 6.0 and up or 4.2 and up for Android users.

2. Vanguard V by ZeroTransform

Available for iOS  or Android .

Vanguard V

An energetic application, with an amazing quality and a fast pace. Find yourself cruising through the dangerous universe through this app. It requires iOS 8.0 and up or 4.1 and up for Android users.

3. Zombie Shooter VR by Fibrum

Available for iOS  or Android .

Zombie Shooter

Looking for some zombie action in real life? Zombie Shooter is very up to the average expectations. Head movement is vital for this game. It requires iOS 5.1.1 and up or 2.3 and up for Android users.

4. Crossy VR by VrMob.co

Available for iOS  or Android .

VR Crossy

It is basically Crossy Road in a VR version. To play the game, a magnetic trigger is necessary in the VR headset. Avoid jumping into train and trucks! It requires iOS 6.0 and up or 4.4 and up for Android users.

5. VR Mac-Pan by VR Arcade

Available for Android .

VR Mac-Pan

VR Mac-Pan is not available for iOS, but only for Android devices. This game is a mimic of the classic Pac-Man, with a 3D twist. It is much more challenging and very exciting as well. A magnetic trigger will make your life easier, but it is not necessary. Head movement is vital for this game. It requires 4.1 and up for Android users.
